Drawing to be held the night of the Gala, and the winner does not need to be present to win.  Packs of tickets were sent home via the Family Information Packets. Please consider selling to your family and friends.

Return sold, and any unsold tickets, along with the money to the Friends of Blaine mailbox.  Checks can be made payable to Friends of Blaine and note “raffle” in the memo section.

“IT’S IN THE HOLE!…”   Carl Spackler, Cadyshack (cica. 1980)

Blaine Trifecta: Power, Private, Parking

Power: Principal for the morning.  Join Mr. LaRaviere from 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. as he walks the halls, drops in on classrooms, and conducts leadership meetings. Become an “insider” and see how it all works.  A mutually agreed upon date to be determined.

Private:  Dinner that is, with Mr. LaRaviere and Mr. Weiden.  This is the way to get sent to “the principal’s office.”  Dinner for up to 6 guests at and donated by Deleece.  FOB will donate wine for the night!  This is a one-time opportunity to get to know Messrs. LaRaviere and Weiden.  Valid for Sun., Wed., or Thurs. evening.  Date TBD.

Parking:  Friends of Blaine VIP Parking Spot makes drop off and pick up a breeze, especially on those cold winter mornings!  Enjoy this elite, prime location parking spot located in the north lot (by the red doors) for the school year (Sept. 4, 2012-June 15, 2013).

Studio B1 Art Gallery Show
Showcasing our fine and performing arts mission, the second annual art show  will highlight students’ works – all available for sale.

8th Annual Walk-a-thon

Thanks to our student and family donations, and corporate sponsorship, we raised an all-time high of nearly $20,000! With the support for the “Be Green” prize option, we were able to save a tremendous amount of money, thus, providing more fund-raising dollars to support educational programs for our students.  Thank you to Printable Promotions (www.PrintablePromotions.com) for donating the $125 prize level of the zing-ring Frisbees!

Prizes levels are as follows:

• Level 1: $5 minimum – All participating students will receive a “Blaine Walk-a-thon” wristband
• Level 2: $125 – All participants will receive a zing-ring Frisbee
• Level 3: $250 – All participants will receive a “Blaine” water bottle
• Grand Prize Drawing: For every student that raises $250, or combined Family Total equals $500 or more, one ticket will be placed in a drawing for an iPad.
